Wedding Ceremonies FlA Ceremony To Remember
Every ceremony we create is special and tailored to you. We get to know you and your vision of your ceremony. That includes vows, readings, unity ritual or other ritual elements. The result is a unique and personal ceremony that you and your guests will love. It will be the wedding ceremony of your dreams!
Our fee starts at $500. Cost may vary depending on complexity of the ceremony and travel. Call for details.
Whether there’s four or four hundred people at your wedding, we will give the same care and attention to creating your ceremony.
YOUR CEREMONY FEE INCLUDES
- A wedding ceremony created just for you.
- Phone and email consultations.
- Research and suggestions to perfect your ceremony.
- Your completed ceremony will be emailed to you in advance.
- Coordination with your wedding planner, venue, your wedding party, photographer, DJ and or musicians.
- Arrival 30 – 60 minutes prior to the Ceremony.
- Officiating at your wedding.
Ceremony Coordination
Your perfect venue, may not cover the coordination of your ceremony. We at Wedding Ceremonies FL can take care of it all. We will manage your rehearsal as well as the ceremony on your wedding day to give you the peace of mind that things will flow smoothly.
MEETING AND FOLLOW-UP
At our meeting we discuss your wedding party and music to create the perfect processional and recessional. We also decide on a time line for the ceremony and seating arrangements. We discuss props needed for a unity candle, sand ceremony, rose presentation or other special portions of your ceremony. Follow-up phone calls and emails are included.
REHEARSAL
- One hour of rehearsal coordination
DAY OF WEDDING
- Instruct ushers on seating protocol
- Confirmation of ring possession prior to ceremony
- Distribute ring pillow and flower baskets
- Coordinate with florist for distribution of flowers
- Organize family & bridal party for processional
- Time line management
- Coordinate activities & timing with officiant
- Coordinate with DJ or musicians & cue music
